Der Weg zum Strand ist relativ kurzläufig, max 4 min. Eine wirklich tolle Gegend. Was ich persönlich negativ finde, das Haus könnte von außen ansprechender sein. Aber wer nicht auf Luxus und Schönheit angewiesen ist, ist hier genau richtig. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein gehalten, zum Schlafen reicht es aus. Vermieterin kümmert sich sofort um Anliegen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Was leider zu bemängeln ist, das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Türen fallen sehr laut ins Schloss, so daß man nachts leider wach wird.

Ein paar tolle Tage auf Norderney verbracht. Die Unterkunft reicht alle mal zum übernachten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleines, aber feines Appartement, super zentral gelegen. Supermarkt und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Meer. Sehr sauber, und alles was man so braucht. Für 2 Personen vermutlich zu klein, aber für alleine mit Hund perfekt. Würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Schimmelgeruch im Treppenhaus
Das Objekt Winterstraße 3 scheint in einem insgesamt sehr schlechten Zustand zu sein, da der eigentliche Zugang gesperrt ist. Es ist nur ein Zugang von der Bogenstraße aus möglich. Außerdem sind im Eingangsbereich Winterstraße Stützen sichtbar. Das Objekt macht insgesamt einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck und wir werden es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Sehr klein, aber sehr schön.
Wir waren vom 04.06.22-10.06.22 in der „kleinen Strandperle“. Sehr kurz entschlossen hatte uns der Preis überzeugt. Die Lage (mitten in der Stadt unweit vom Strand entfernt) muss man als eindeutig super beschreiben. Auch ein Supermarkt befindet sich ums Eck. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, es passt genau das ordentliche Doppelbett rein. Am Rand hat man dann eine kleine Küchenecke. Bis auf eine Spülmaschine und einen Backofen ist alles vorhanden was man so erwartet. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und ist auch eher sehr klein. Zu Zweit kommt man für ein paar Tage aber sehr gut klar. Aufgrund des Wetters hatten wir sowohl etwas dickere als auch dünnere Kleidung mit. Da wird es dann mit dem vorhandenen Schrank schnell eng. Das Zimmer war bei uns frisch renoviert und machte alles in allem einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das wlan funktionierte noch nicht, aber dafür gab es einen Preisnachlass, genauso wie für Sanierungs arbeiten im Gebäude. Das äußere des Gebäudes wird anscheinend gerade saniert was auch dringend nötig ist. Grundsätzlich kann ich diese kleine Mini Wohnung/ Apartment bedenkenlos für einen kurz Tripp empfehlen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre uns persönlich das Ganze ein wenig zu klein. Aber bis zu ca. 4-5 Tage wirklich Top. Das anmieten war ebenfalls überhaupt kein Problem kurze Verabredungen zur schlüssel übergabe völlig tadellos. Sehr gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank
