Enjoy your vacation in our romantic holiday home EWALD in the town of Norden-Norddeich, East Frisia, in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. The German Tourism Association has awarded the holiday home four stars. The 2018 renovation of the house is not yet considered in this assessment.
The holiday house EWALD with approx. 80 sqm living space is ideal for an unforgettable family vacation or a vacation for two. The house comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate sauna area with toilet, sink and walk-in shower, two hallways and a large utility room. In the living room you experience the special flair of a log house. The wooden floor, the wood-clad walls and the open view to the gable of the house radiate pure cosiness. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, coffee machine and coffee pad machine. The spacious large bedroom contains a double bed, two chairs, a table, a large wardrobe and a TV. The smaller bedroom has two separate beds, a wardrobe and a dressing table. The beds are already made upon arrival. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer that can be used without an additional fee. The WLAN Internet connection available in the house is also free of charge. A cot and high chair are available for small children.
From the living room and from the large terrace running along the outside of the living room you have a wonderful view of the more than 700 sqm natural garden. What is special about the garden is the varied variety. In addition to flower beds, the garden includes a garden shed, a large lawn and a beautifully grown tree population, which offers protection and refuge to birds in particular. The lawn offers plenty of space to play and can be used as a lawn. Sun loungers are located in the large garden house. For the children there is a sandpit, slide, climbing rope, swing and lookout tower! In the garden house there is, among other things, a large handcart that can also be taken on a beach excursion, numerous toys such as sand toys and ball games as well as two new bicycles that can be used without an additional fee. A second small garden house in the garden is not accessible. Garden tools and tools are located there. To the west and north of the garden there is a typical East Frisian pasture landscape. The view of this beautiful landscape is unobstructed.
The driveway to the holiday home EWALD offers space for two vehicles to park. A large front garden adjoins the driveway, which is delimited from the street by a fence. A lockable garden door leads to the house and its garden.
With the booking you will receive a lot of advance information about the north / north dike and East Frisia. This includes, for example, information about the region, tips for excursions, suggestions for smaller and larger bike tours through the East Frisian landscape, tips for holidays with children or restaurant recommendations. All information is based on your own experience and should help you to orientate yourself and feel comfortable from the start of your vacation.
The costs for your vacation in a holiday home are calculable. The rental price covers all costs for electricity, gas, water, use of 2 bicycles and use of all other facilities and objects of the holiday home including the sauna. Household insurance is available for the bicycles and the objects belonging to the holiday home, which also provides financial protection against the theft of the bicycles. There is a service contract with a bicycle workshop that ensures a quick repair of the bikes on site and, if necessary, the provision of a spare wheel for the duration of the repair.
Bed linen and towels are available in the holiday home and can be used for a fee of EUR 10.00 per person. If you choose to do this, the beds will be made up on arrival. You can also bring your own bed linen and towels. If you use bed linen and towels belonging to the holiday home in this case, they must be washed and dried on the day of departure. Contact us.
The holiday home Ewald was rebuilt in 2018 and was therefore not rented throughout in 2018. The core of the renovation is the redesign of the smaller (children's) bedroom and the utility room, as well as the bathroom and the sauna area.
