Holiday House Elli:
The ground floor is the living room with sectional sofa and flat screen TV, the kitchen with dining area, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. From the living room, you can reach the completely covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and awning. In the 1st. First floor is the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Also here you will find two bedrooms, one with double bed and flat screen TV and a bedroom with a single bed. Through the hallway you enter the open bedroom on the top floor, where you will find two single beds and a further flat-screen TV. To the house belongs a garage, the garden plot is completely fenced and thus suitable for small children and dogs.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Ferienhaus Elli Norden
Ideale Größe für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Chihuahua dabei, der Garten ist eingezäunt, so konnte sie nicht wegglaufen. Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos , konnten nach Anreise sogar eine Std eher in das Haus. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Waschmaschine im haus vorhanden , perfekt für Familie mit Kindern. Haus ganz gut ausgestattet, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, Dunstabzugshaube funktioniert nicht, nasse wand in Küche und Flur ( Schimmelbildung) haben der Vermieterin direkt bescheid gegeben, 2 Tage später kam ein Installateur. Aber due wände müssten komplett gezrocknet und neu tapeziert werden usw. Ganz großer fetter Minuspunkt sind leider die Matratzen. Absolut durchgelegen. Wir hatten dermaßen Rückenschmerzen, dass wir richtig Schlafmangel hatten.

DH-Hälfte im Wohngebiet
Ehemals privat genutztes Einfamilienhaus mit ca. 100qm auf zwei Etagen. Die Grundsubstanz ist gut, einige Stücke der Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Objekt ist hundegerecht, insbesondere Fußböden (Laminat), gut zu saugen. Der Gartenzaun ist vielleicht etwas zu niedrig, selbst unser Beagle sprang drüber. Alle genannten Haushaltsgeräte waren vorhanden und in gebrauchsfähigem Zustand. Die Betten (inclusive Decken und Kopfkissen) waren in Ordnung. Sanitärobjekte offenbar vor wenigen Jahren erneuert. Wir fanden keine defekten Objekte oder Gegenstände vor. Von Zeit zu Zeit sollte vonseiten des Verwalters eine Grundinspektion vorgenommen werden (jeden Monat), um Kleinigkeiten zu entdecken und zu reparieren. Die Garage dient auch als Sammelplatz für die 5 Mülltonnen. Deshalb nur für kleinere Autos geeignet. Auch die Zufahrt schwierig, weil um die Ecke gehend. Nur für geübte Fahrer! Vor dem Haus keine Parkmöglichkeit, weil Straße zu schmal. Dies gehört in die Beschreibung hinein !!!! Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
