3-room terraced house 45 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
