"Staff service good. First night room was of smoke smell and AC not good for warm so front exchanged the other room to me. Room was big enough but AC really not good for warm enough. "

"I like the size of the suite .i didnt like.....that ive rented this room many times before, it used to have a coffee pot and ice bucket.the room had a ironing board,no iron.remote....no batteries,i was sooooo bored and 3 packs of moldy bread in top cabinet .they dont sweep behind doors either.pretty gross this time around. "

"Front desk service is amazing here,specially.The lady in charge had my paperwork ready when I walked in the door,and greeted me by name on arrival.I only stay here once a month.It is rare to find anyone seriously committed to doing their jobs well.She consistently does hers."

"First, the clerk gives me a key to an occupied room, then he gave me an empty room which was horrible. There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold. There were cobwebs above the door, The floor was sinking in, the ceiling was water damaged, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and gross. The room was unbelievably terrible. I told the clerk and was given yet another room, which was in even worse condition, I ultimately left the...
