"This was an awful stay , the house was the perfect size , conveniently located , had new linens, beds , kitchen amenities (no microwave as advertised as it was in the hot water closet ) and new furniture. "We stayed from February 27th to March 27th and had an amazing time. The house is absolutely beautiful and laid out perfectly. There was one day we woke up and had no hot water. I emailed the property manager and he had maintenance people there immediately to repair a problem with the hot water tank. It was fixed right away. "Casa was as advertised. Being 55 would’ve liked a ground level patio. Lots of steps to 2nd floor. Couple things could use a refresh or update but nothing critical. Great location to beach. As others have said, not much privacy, can easily hear neighbors, workers or those walking by. Pools are very nice and clean. Complex is very well maintained. "

What I loved about it was how well stocked the kitchen was, with a Dutch oven, baking pans and cookie sheets etc. the BBQ worked great and had propane, bathrooms had lots of bath and beach towels, etc. The location is convenient for the corner store and a popular brunch cafe, and it isn’t too far from the lap pool.
