Bon bini! A warm welcome in our Luxury 5-star condo (apartment), on the ground floor or a gated and secure condominium or 26 units named Wacamaya, at Rooi Santo, North, just 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to the beach!
On the brand new parking lot of the complex, you can park your car in front of our condo.

Our condo has everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday in 'One Happy Island' Aruba, and has recently been updated with some new furniture.
This condo is very highly valued in the HomeAway statistics. The most popular apartment in the complex with excellent reviews. We always aim to further improve our service for our guests. That means that service goes beyond booking alone. We are helpful with all kind of recommendations regarding car rental, shopping, restaurants, beaches etcetera, before arriving.

There is one bedroom with a king size bed and one sofa bed (queen size) in the living room, that makes service possible up to 4 people.
The fully equipped kitchen is a pleasure to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner, with a 6 burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, oven, blender, American fridge and all cooking utensils.

We provide:

One happy island
Aruba is a beautiful island and this condo was what we needed. Jos was very quick to respond to our questions. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would stay at this condo again.

Wonderful accommodations!
Thank you, Jos for making our stay enjoyable! Location & accommodations were comfortable, warm and inviting! There wasn’t anything we needed during our stay. Kitchen well stocked, bed very comfy and amenities at the condo were much appreciated. A great getaway in paradise

Very enjoyable stay at Wacamaya
Wacamaya was just what we were looking for. The owner provided many helpful suggestions for shopping, restraunts and other things to do. The unit comes withbeach chairs and coolers that saved us from renting at the beach. The pool, the outdoor grills and all the common areas were very clean. We will highly recommend and will be back

Another great stay at Wacamaya
Perfect place to stay, relax, and savor all the positives of Aruba and avoid the negatives. The beach chairs really give you the freedom of going wherever you want and avoid the resort hassle of commandeering a palapa early. The market across the street was surprisingly fair and offered good quality produce. Beautiful pool made for a peaceful atmosphere. Love the gated parking lot

Last minute surprise
Got this condo last minute. Place we had booked wasn't what we were hoping for. Went on VRBO and got this right away and was able to go in next day. Communication with owner was great. Grounds were well kept and clean, and quiet. Condo was very spacious and clean also. This saved our vacation. Thank you

The convenient location & excellent value make this a wise choice for your vacation in Aruba. We appreciated the cleanliness, plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, beach supplies, outstanding pool and grill area, close proximity to top-rated beaches, shopping, and restaurants, and the peace & quiet of a smaller, more private facility. Great time in Aruba
We really enjoyed our stay in Aruba. The condo apartment was very clean and well equipped. It is 3 minutes away from Paseo Hernencia mall where night life is very vibrant, the street market place stays open until 11pm. I will recommend this condo apartment to any of my family/friends. It was very easy to communicate with Jos. I madea great choice selecting this apartment.

Aruba Getaway
My wife and I returned to Aruba to enjoy the beautiful island. We had an awesome time during our stay. The apartment we rented for the week was absolutely perfect. Great location and beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed our daily walk to the beach and evenings eating our dinners on the outside patio. There met many friendly people staying in the complex. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to Aruba. Jos the owner made the process for checking in/out easy.

Great location
The condo was exactly as advertised. It's in a great neighborhood. It felt very safe and secure. Jos provided all the information we needed for check-in. The condo was well stocked. The kitchen was quite nice had everything you would need for cooking. We got a lot of use out of the beach chairs and coolers as well. It is within walking distance to Palm Beach (12 minutes). We had a car during our stay and it's only a few minutes from many of the beaches, as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops.

Perfect Location!
Don’t let this hidden gem pass you by. Wacamaya Condos are located in the perfect spot. This little gated community was super cute. So easy to get around. You are literally minutes to the beach via car. Which I highly recommend. It’s a breeze driving on the island. Jos was GREAT to work with. So very communicative and always was quick to respond. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was neat & clean. The pool area was great, always so quiet. There were two grills available for use, but we did not use them. Often times we had the pool to ourselves. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again. The Market across the street was super convenient. And if you do stay here, when you take a right out of the parking lot, 2miles down the road is Noord Pastry. A must!

Pleasant stay in Aruba
Overall the accommodations were fine. Property was just as shown in the photos....great pool and patio area. The only small negative was the location of the condo on a noisy road with no sidewalks for walking. A car is essential for this property. Walking to the beach was not an option for us. Too far, no sidewalks, dusty and hot on a very busy road. Jos is a fine host and very responsive to any questions. Be sure to have a small flashlight (phone) if checking in after dark. The key boxes and entry code procedures are not well lighted. Weather was perfect, beaches are very nice! Mimi January 2023

Little piece of PARADISE
Condo is part of small complex and completely remodeled. Very nice neighbors! Comfortable furnishings with plenty of extras! Although we did not cook the kitchen was completely updated and had pots/pans and plenty of trays and bowls for cooking for a family. Bathroom has walk in shower which is great for anyone with mobility issues. Very clean. Parking is right out in front of condo and is gated! Nice! A/C was cold and it was nice to be able to control the temperature and angle of fan with a remote control! We are beach people so it was greatly appreciated having 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and cooler with several ice packs to use. This was a game changer for us not to have to pay for chairs and hut and saved us a ton of money. Having cool beverage or fresh fruit to snack on at beach was awesome. When we were done with our relaxing day at the beach it was so nice to come home and use the pool. Very clean pool and outdoor area. We did not use the 2 outdoor grills but several families did and I’m sure it saved them a fortune. There is a hot tub but we did not use it. The owner was easily contacted and there is a book in condo with recommendations and numbers-very helpful. They have thought of everything here so all you have to worry about is when to leave for the beach! If you are concerned about it being too far north don’t be. We rented a car while we were here this time so we had more freedom to come and go as we please. You won’t regret your stay here!

Look no further AMAZING Stay
Communication was excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable and facility was well maintained. Great to be able to use the grills provided and enjoy the outdoor amenities. Close to everything yet still be able to enjoy quiet time. Enjoyed use of chairs for the beach and cooler. Complex was extremely friendly. AC worked amazing after a day in the beautiful sun. would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful stay at Wacamaya!
3rd year consecutively staying at Wacamaya 1b. Love the location - short drive to some of the best beaches (two beach chairs got a lot of use). Convenience is key with gated parking ~10 feet from the front door and beautiful courtyard/pool directly outside the back door. A nice little market across the street and Superfoods 10 minutes away make for an economical week utilizing the well appointed kitchen. Communication with owner Jos is fantastic and will remove any hesitation about going the VRBO route for vacation. Enjoy a luxury stay at a fraction of the cost of the big resorts! Jim
