Villa with private pool with endless views

Summary:
Each bedroom, and living areas feature beautiful views of Aruba & the Caribbean Sea.
Open living dining areas inside and out are perfect for gathering and entertaining. The ground floor features a bedroom complete with queen bed & EnSuite bath for guests that do not want to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor. Primary bedroom with king bed and private bath, along with a 2nd guest room with queen bed and guest bath occupy the 2nd floor and both bedrooms open to large balconies.

The Space:
The pool does not have a jacuzzi or hot tub. The circular area is a shallow soaking spot, great for kids.

Guest Access:
Tierra Del Sol is a gated community and our representative will meet guests at the property to gain access and give a tour of the home for check in. They will also return at check out.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled high on a hill within the most desirable gated community of Tierra Del Sol this home offers a private infinity pool with plenty of outdoor space for friends and family to enjoy the Aruba trade winds, sunshine & sunsets.. Tierra Del Sol is Aruba's only gated golf community featuring an 18 hole links course, clubhouse, dining, spa & gym. All amenities are close by making this home the perfect getaway for all ages. Please note that the golf course is undergoing renovation and is closed until late 2024.

Getting Around:
We recommend a rental car when staying at Tierra Dushi Vista.

Other Things to Note:
Rates are nightly and exclude local taxes and service fees.
The home includes use of beach chairs, beach cooler and beach towels.
Pack n plays and high chairs are limited and only available on a first come, first served basis. Please mention it when you make your reservation so that we can meet your need.
Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests.
Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations, except Airbnb. VRBO reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections. Video and pictures are taken for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner

Home away from home
Judy and here team are amazing and very attentive. All of our concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. The location is amazing and is 15 min for the city center. I would definitely recommend this home.
