5 bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms , smart TV in each bedroom
Large pool deck with palapa for outdoor entertaining and Webber BBQ
The large open concept living room and kitchen is overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.
Please note that the 5th bedroom is free standing building
The listed rates are for the 5 bedrooms 8 people
Any additional guests above 8 will have to pay extra
We have min age requirement of 30. If adults and traveling with their children that rule doesn't apply.

Perfect place in Aruba
The owners were lovely and close by which was awesome. They walked us through the whole house and showed us how to work everything.. the location / house / bedrooms were perfect for 2 families with 7 people total. Close to great restaurants and the hotel row. We will definitely be back and will definitely rent from them again.

Long time friends who are just like family stayed with us. Three had never been to Aruba. They all loved this house with pool, large palapa & amenities. Good location. Each room with its own bathroom. This is our 2nd time staying here. The owners are wonderful.

We had a wonderful time in Aruba! ATV tour, snorkeling, hanging out by the pool and of course the beaches are just beautiful. Walking from the Villa to the Ritz was a bit tricky, especially with an infant, but otherwise perfect.

We had a great time! Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable! We loved just chilling at night at the big table. Close to everything. It was so nice to be able to make breakfast every morning. Pool was refreshing! If you have a big group i would recommend it!!!

Fantastic House
House was great and perfect for three couples, though five would be just as good. All five bedrooms have comfortable king beds and en suite bathrooms. Place was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Also good supply of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Pool was great and we spent a lot of time just hanging out there. Definitely recommend rental car if you plan to go to different beaches and restaurants. Owners are awesome....shout out Big Pete !

A great house and great location !
We had a great 5 nights at this property! Maria and Peter we gracious hosts and were immediate to address any questions/issues. The location was perfect for us, we walked to the Marriott area everyday with our beach chairs. Everything was exactly as listed, no surprises. We would definitely rent again!

The Perfect Villa!
This place was amazing! Pristine, beautifully decorated and spacious. The pool was incredible relaxing! Most of all the owners were outstanding hosts. Mr. Thomson was so nice, made sure we were fine the entire stay and came to see us off when we left. You wont find kinder hosts, or a more lovely home!

Perfect home away from home
Lovely, clean and roomy home! Maria and Paul were so gracious to show us around the home and welcome us! They were very attentive and responsive. It did not take long to start calling this “home”. So many thoughtful items in the home and the outdoor space is great!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Home
If you get a chance to book this home, do it. House is lovely and well equipped. Grounds are impeccable. The inground pool and the shaded hut is where we spent all of our down time. So relaxing. Peter the owner was so nice. He even helped us with the booking of some of our excursions. If we ever go back to Aruba we will rent this home again.

Relaxing Getaway
3 couples enjoyed our 9 night stay at this property. It was everything it said it was and more. The rooms were all as advertised. Great bedroom suites, living area, kitchen worked out great, outdoor Weber grill is huge! Loved the pool (with the waterfall) and the outdoor dining table and chairs. We spend a lot of time outside enjoying the warmth. Maria met us when we arrived and gave us a great tip on a restaurant to eat - The Oak which was walkable. Area felt very safe and was easy to get to beaches, stores and restaurants. We would go back and stay there again!

What a beautiful house to spend a vacation in Aruba with our family. The pictures are very accurate. Maria and Peter went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect and are easily reachable for any questions about the house or the island. The house is fully loaded. The pool is perfect after a day at the beach, or an excursion, or, any reason whatsoever. Thank you very much. We hope to see you again very soon!

Paradise!
I cannot express how gorgeous Maria’s house is! It’s so spaceous, cozy, with 5 bedrooms with king size beds and bathroom and shower in each. The outside area is the best part with beautiful pool with water changing color at night and a huge palapa that we enjoyed having breakfast under every morning. The house is in a very convenient location, 5 minute drive from high rises and restaurants. We rented a car and travelled to eagle beach and baby beach. We are still dreaming about this house and when we go back to Aruba there’s no question we’ll reach out to Maria to see if we can stay at her beautiful house again. There’s just no better alternative I can imagine.

So much space!
We had a great time in this home in Aruba. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had no issues with waiting to shower, etc. The pool was a good size for the whole family. The beds were comfortable. We all slept well. The walk to the Marriott is not a long walk, but the heat did make it a little rough. We rented a car and avoided the hot walk. The house is minutes away from 3 Steps and Arashi beaches, both of which are good for snorkeling. The homeowner was very welcoming. She greeted us upon arrival and explained everything to us (timers for lights, where to put trash, etc.). After an exhausting day of exploring it was so nice to come "home" to relax. We totally enjoyed our stay at the home.

Perfect Home
Our party of 4 couples enjoyed everything about this home and our Aruba vacation. Even before we arrived, our host was in touch, planning for our arrival and giving us travel tips. Upon arrival, They met us at the home, gave us a tour and showed us how everything worked. The home was just as pictured - very clean, nicely furnished, well kept. We all had king beds which slept well. There was plenty of space for dining and relaxing. The kitchen was well furnished. We used both the kitchen and the grill. The outdoor area is wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating areas each evening when we returned home. It was a very relaxing way to end the day. Our host was quickly to respond to any questions we had and gave us great recommendations for food. While the walk to the beach is doable, we chose to drive as we had chairs, bags, and a cooler. It was also hot in the afternoons. We felt safe in the area. I highly recommend visiting Aruba and this home. We had a great time. We would return.

Birthday celebration for my partner with friends
The property was everything we expected and more. There were seven of us that stayed in the main house and two stayed in the separate building. All rooms had comfortable king sized beds and their own walkin shower and bathroom. The rooms were very clean and each had a TV. The main living area was spacious and the kitchen is modern and more than adequately equipped for preparing meals and drinks. The pool is very clean and in excellent condition and was used extensively every day. We also enjoyed the large palapa that is adequately supplied with plenty of comfortable cushioned chairs and we used the extra large outdoor grill for cooking meals on several nights. For our group of nine people we had to purchase ice a couple of times. Maria and her husband were very responsive to our needs and very personable. The house is about a third of a mile from the Marriott hotel and Palm Beach. It is within walking distance, but when it's 90 degrees, with a heat index over 100 a car ride would be recommended. You can park in the hotel lots. It's also a short drive to the high rise hotels like the Holiday Inn, Hilton and to Palm Beach and the main tourist strip. We highly recommend this property for an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Aruba Vacation for 6
When the world is a bit nuts and 6 friends need some sun, think Aruba. Think this gorgeous 5 BR 5 BA exceptional VRBO house. The photos are spot on, the owners Maria and Peter went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The a/c in the house is amazing. Do rent a car, you will need it. Pack light, and pack sun screen. No extra blankets, if you think you will need one bring it. Everything else that you will need is in this house. If you have kiddos bring pool toys or plan to purchase in Aruba. Netflix is available in the Living room. Each BR has a closet with hangers and a chest with drawers. There were plenty of towels including hand soap and a blow dryer in EACH bathroom! Plenty of beach towels as well. We had Superfood deliver our groceries before we arrived. Maria was kind enough to meet them and put in the fridge for us. Do buy ice. You will need more than the ice maker can keep up with. The only thing that we would have added or changed .... Not a darn thing! Maria and Peter have thought of everything! Thank you both so very much. We do plan on returning!!!!

Best home best location
Our group of 4 couples really enjoyed the spacious home. The house is beautiful and has everything we need. The pool is super. Great location to town and markets. No complaints here.
