The 4-room house has 130 square meters of living space, spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a double sofa bed and a television with a flat screen. The large kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. There is also a separate toilet on this level. The upper floor features a walk-through room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). There is a shower and a separate toilet on this floor. The second upper floor has a room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony, as well as a shower and a toilet.
