"Big rooms, great pool"

"We stayed here as a family of four, and out of the six times we've visited Bangkok, this hotel is honestly one of our favourites. The apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and having a washing machine was an added bonus. The location was ideal, with plenty of street food vendors within walking distance offering a variety of delicious Thai dishes. "Communication was excellent throughout process. Customer service prompt and fast. They pick up from airport and drop off at airport. They help you lift luggage and we had a few. Everyone was helpful! I would recommend for a quick stay. "

"Rooms are smaller and darker than they appear. The balcony is basically there to house air conditioning units. We were basically facing someone’s living room, no space between buildings and no sunlight. No bathrobes, no slippers. You had to ask for pots and pans, utensils and even hand towels. Some of the gym equipment didn’t work. We booked in to another hotel halfway through as it was ruining our stay. Overall not what we expected and not as good as the reviews say or have what is...
