"먼저 호텔은 아니고 에어비엔비 숙소를 호텔스닷컴에 등록했다고 보는게 좋을것 같습니다. 룸은 거실겸주방이 있고 여기에 2인용 쇼파와 2인용 식탁이 있고 공용욕실이 있습니다. 안방에는 퀸사이즈침대, 옷장과 함께 별도의 욕실이 있고 작은방에는 싱글사이즈 침대와 옷장만 있습니다. 3인가족은 넉넉하게, 어린아이가 있는 4인가족까지는 지낼만 할것같네요. 청소상태가 좀 좋지는 않았는데.. 이점은 콘도가 노후화 되어서 인것 같습니다. 하지만 수영장, 휘트니스센터 등 공용시설과 관광지들과의 거리등 여행적인 요소는 매우 만족했습니다. 추천합니다. "

"My friend and I (both early 20s) stayed here in the middle of Feb 2025. The condo was small but perfect for what we needed. There was a washer and you can hang clothes out on the balcony. The view was incredible from the rooftop pool and it was not too busy. There is a 24-hour 711 across the street that had all the basics. The condo is walking distance from many amazing restaurants and only about 100 BHT (4 USD) to take a Grab (their Uber brand) into Chiang Mai's Old City. "

"This was one of the best / most relaxing stays I had in all of ChiangMai! Geoff and Yumi were great host. So kind and welcoming. The apartment itself is modern, super clean, organized and just a dream to sleep in. Quiet neighborhood, close to markets and the city. A must stay! "

"We had such a good time while visiting Chiang Mai. This is more of a condo then hotel & it was wonderful. The location was a quick ride from the airport. It is located in a quieter part of town but not to far from the action. The room was perfect for our family and well stocked with everything we needed. "Apartment style with hotel style ammenities. The owners are very nice and accomidating with recommendations for the area. Great communication. Located a short walkable distance outside the old city walls offering a quieter more local experience. Has a big gate that locks at night (10 I believe) giving added security. Very clean and well maintained. Room serviced daily. There is a nice bakery pretty close by. Recommend 10/10. Stayed 5 nights but would stay longer."

"Everything was PERFECT. Nothing bad to say about this place and we did a lot of hotels during our trip. It was clean, well secure, beautiful, nice pool and view, cheap ($), perfectly located for us (not in the old town but close enough). Would definitely go again!!!!! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - I was worried about the small windows but there was still plenty of natural light in our room! The hotel was clean which is always my biggest concern and we didn’t have any problems with bugs or anything! We enjoyed our evenings at the pool even though it closes at 8 and the hotel is in a great location next to the canal! We really liked our stay here!"

"We were staying in the hotel when the earthquake struck on March 28. The management and staff were extraordinary in their response to the emergency - compassionate, calm and practical. After evacuating into the 97 degree's heat they provided us with water. 3 hours later sandwiches came out. Management provided regular updates. I have never been treated so well by a hotel under such difficult circumstances. Truly remarkable - a credit to Marriott, Chaing Mai and Thailand."
