"Hotel is good, service is good. Spa was excellent. The place is a bit dated, needs cleaning and infrastructure upgrade. We lucked out with the only private pool room. Restaurant did not look appealing but we did not try it either as friends had booked dinners next door and nearby 5-star resorts."

"Incredible Hotel based near a small village that serves the hotels guests that can be bothered to walk and experience a modicom of Thai reality...grest little bars and restaurants. Hotel itself double the price it should really cost to get from mainland to Phi Phi...guess that's the norm if you don't know Thailand. Great breakfast choices. Rooms were lovely, fancied a bath though. Venture furthur round bay by road for a more realistic hotel experience. "
