"Beautiful view of the river from my room. However, it wasn’t the room I booked - I booked a double room and was given a twin glamping tent. Also for the price I would expect to be given a towel, after checkin there was no staff around to ask for one."

Nong Khiaw is fabulous and I will be returning in October, I would have stayed longer if possible, 8 days was not enough. If you really love trekking and enjoy doing things on your own, this is the place for you. Great for women traveling alone.
