"Location was very far from anything. Hotel was completely run down and not maintained-mold, dirty walls need paint,bathroom leaking water on the floor, broken faucets, electric water heater inside bathroom to replace main system. No possibility to get any food in hotel or even make a cup of tea. Everything was very depressing. Only the mattresses and linen were good to sleep. And the “concierge” tried to compensate by being friendly and helpful himself. While we were there I think there was only one other room occupied in the hotel. "

"The property is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of extra firm mattresses and didn't have good sleep for the 2 nights that I stayed there. "

"It’s a beautiful resort driving up. Rooms are good. We got a pool room which was great to be able to just walk into the pool from our room. Only down side is no food option besides breakfast you have to order the night before for a surcharge. Breakfast was great though and worth it. On the upside of no option on sight the staff is amazing at helping you order food to be delivered and will plate it for you. Grab is also great for food delivery to the hotel and just getting around for shopping. Let’s talk about the BEST PART OF OUR STAY! The staff was INCREDIBLE. They helped our group of 8 book a private van tour of Nong Khai and our receptionist Jane was our guide and was amazing. This tour was AMAZING and I can’t recommend it enough. We did so much and saw so much and lunch was included which was so delicious at MustarD Cafe. There were also multiple incidents where we just needed staff help and they were quick to help. We needed to go to 711 to pay for our airline tickets and every grab driver kept cancelling. We asked if someone could take it and without hesitation they did. They didn’t charge us but we tipped and they didn’t even want to accept. Overall our experience has been so good and I couldn’t recommend this resort anymore if you are visiting the area. Thank you VANA."

"Everything was magical, the garden and pool were great, Food was good Close to train station which was handy but slightly too far away from the main area of town to be walkable. Tuktuks are obviously available"
