"Week- end prolongé entre amis a l'automne 2024. Gite confortable, authentique et accueillant. Poele a bois a utiliser largement, chaleur tres agreable..tout etait bien a l'exception des sanitaires bruyants, avec absence de melangeur thermostatique et de serrure au 2e etage! "

"Stayed here for a week while attending a wedding in the area. Would definitely vacation here again. We were two families staying together -- 12 people total. The cousins loved sharing the big dorm room, which was air conditioned. The two bathrooms were sufficient for our group."

"The house is nice, well equipped and extremely calm. It is very close to many sites of interest in the volcano park. We have enjoyed lunches and dinners in its well kept terrace-garden, with beautiful views over Saint Nectaire valley. A very agreeable stay."

"A nice house in a lovely setting with super views. It was always possible to choose sun or shade to sit in. The facilities were good without being too fancy. It was easy to reach nearby towns ans we had pleasant walks and cycle rides in the area."

"We had a warm and friendly welcome, helped by our ability to speak French (Paul and Genevieve admit that they have very little English!). Be prepared with provisions and fuel when you arrive as the nearest shops are some distance away and likely to be closed at inconvenient times (for the English at least!). The only road into the village (3 houses!) is long and very narrow, testing the driver's manoeuvring skills in the unlikely event of on-coming traffic. We arrived at the start of Autumn with...
