Villa Anna, once Villa Pagliano, is a three-storeyed house that dates back to the second half of the nineteenth century; over the years it has been restored and divided into two lodgings. It is located in a green, cool and quiet area, but very close to the center of Noli and to the beaches. Today Noli, maritime republic until 1797, it is ranked as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, with its charming pedestrian town center (a dense network of “caruggi", the typical Ligurian streets, squares, medieval houses and towers) and pleasant beaches, free or equipped. Today as in the past, the fishermen go out to sea with “gozzi”, traditional fishing boats, and sell the fish the market on the beach. Villa Anna is within the walls of the castle of the Marquis of Carretto (XII sec.), so it is not accessible by car, but with a short pedestrian street (60 meters), uphill when you return home.
The apartment occupies the first and second floor, is surrounded by a typical Ligurian garden on two levels, private and reserved for guests (its characteristics make it advisable to supervise young children while they play). From every room in the house and from the garden you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Gulf of Noli, the apartment is very bright and the rooms are large and airy. A large area of the garden is arranged to enjoy breakfast, cocktails, outdoor dining and sunbathing (with gazebo, umbrella, table and chairs, deck chairs, sun beds, BBQ Weber gas). On the first floor there are the common areas: the entrance and the living room with frescoed ceiling, the dining room, the large fully equipped kitchen (gas-stove with 5 burners and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.) . On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds (200 x 160 cm), one with a baby cot; a bedroom with two single beds (200 x 90 cm); two bathrooms with shower; two pouf-beds.
Inside the apartment smoking is prohibited. The WIFI is free.
