Petite maison bien située, fonctionnelle et pratique.
Néanmoins, les photos de l'annonce sont trompeuses et la partie de jardin à disposition des locataires est beaucoup plus petite que le laissent supposer les images. De surcroit, le vis à vis avec les propriétaires est très proche et la maison manque d'intimité (les 2 terrasses se font face, sans brise vue et leur local poubelle/abris de jardin jouxte la location d'où des passages réguliers un peu dérangeants). En bref, la maison est dans un coin magnifique de l'île et proche de la plage mais on ne s'est pas du tout sentis "chez nous".

Un petit gite agreable à 2 pas de la mer
Petite maison bien équipée, avec une pièce lumineuse ouverte sur la terrasse et le jardin. Sur le même terrain, maison familiale des propriétaires, non gênants, et super accueillants et dispos. Le tout conforme à la description et en accord avec les avis. Attention pour les accros, pas de wifi (mais les téléphones et 4G passent bien)! Plages du nord de l'île accessibles en 5 mn à pied ou à vélo, agréables, avec peu de monde. Et l'île est superbe même fin juillet. Seul bémol, l'agence prestataire: accueil impersonnel, à la chaine, dans la cour de l'agence sous un barnum en centre ville (accès le samedi à 16h bonjour!). Distribution d'aleses jetables ultra légères. En fin de séjour, retour des clés à 9h le samedi, en ayant nettoyé frigo, four et table de cuisson alors que le ménage (pas fignolé!), est inclus dans la prestation !!!!

Location conforme aux photos
Locatif tout confort, cuisine et salle de bain très bien équipées, au calme dans une propriété près des pins où il y a 1 maison donc un peu de vis à vis, mais pas gênant. Séjour très agréable. Si utilisation de la 2ème chambre, le compteur électrique peut être gênant. Nous avons fait le ménage à notre arrivée malgré la prestation de l'agence et désinfection par nous même (poignée, interrupteurs)
