Logement propre avec équipements modernes
La location est meublée avec de la très bonne qualité. A savoir qu'il y a effectivement une chambre à l'étage accessible par un escalier extérieur qui ne possède pas de WC. Il existe une autre chambre à l'extérieur qui elle a un WC et un lit d'une personne pouvant se transformer en lit de 2 personnes. dans la maison il y a un première salle de bain avec lave linge et séche linge. dans la cuisine il y a un plaque de cuisson à induction mais qu'avec 2 feux, ce qui est très juste quand on veut cuisiner. au fond il y a la chambre "parentale"avec salle de douche et WC indépendant.

Lieu de séjour agréable avec un grand bémol sur la conciergerie concernât l’entretien de la maison. Forfait menage 130€ n’est pas justifié. Rien à dire sur l’entretien des sanitaires qui étaient propres. Par contre, sable sous les tapis, meubles poussiéreux, humidité sur les huisseries.

Maison agréable très bien située. Léger défaut Communication du gestionnaire à améliorer.
Noirmoutier est une Île charmante, Idéale pour un séjour de relaxation. Les commerces sont suffisamment nombreux et son marché offre d’excellents produits. Je regrette la perturbation de procédure imposée par le gestionnaire Hoomy, qui refuse que l’ensemble des opérations commerciales passent par le site Abritel, alors même que Abritel préconise de ne jamais régler en direct…

Charmante maison
Très bien située, au calme, mais à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage de la Clère et 20 minutes à pieds du centre ville de Noirmoutier. Maison très bien agencée mais attention,les trois chambres sont totalement indépendantes: une seule dans le bâtiment principal et les deux autres, non communicantes, accessibles uniquement par l'extérieur. Idéal pour un groupe d'adultes, moins avec un jeune enfant.

Tout. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette jolie maison proche de la Clère. Parfaitement située, nous avons pu profiter de tout à vélos. Très bien équipée, la maison offre également un bel espace de vie et plusieurs orientations. La propreté. ( des vitres ).
