Rent a comfortable house, ideal for families

House about 140m ² located at Clère (near the Bois de la Chaise) 150m from the beach, at the end of a dead end. Near the shops of Vieil (5 minutes by car) and shops in the center of Noirmoutier (10 minutes by bike). The house is close to a gratibus stop with the city center and the ports of Noirmoutier and Herbaudière (period July / August)

House very bright, decoration of style, beautiful south expo terrace without opposite and a large garden - equipment of garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol. The house is in a very quiet private alley with little passage (only riverside)

Perfect family holiday house
My family and I spent a wonderful week here in July 2019. The house is stylishly decorated and was just perfect for us as a family of 4. Very well located with easy access to the cycle paths and a beautiful beach nearby. My children were delighted to find a cupboard with games and a few toys and I was pleased to find a clean and well equipped kitchen! Communication from the owner was brilliant and the check in/check out process was equally easy. We were also very kindly given by the owner some great recommendations for markets, bike hire, beaches, restaurants and things to do. All in all we absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to book this fabulous house again!

Lovely house in a fantastic location
We have just had the best time staying here. The house size and facilities were perfect for our family. The location is fantastic, so close to a great beach. We felt relaxed and “at home” straight away. The organisation was without problems and everything was as expected. We have already been talking about coming back next year. Thank you kindly to Elisabeth and her family for sharing their holiday villa.

Superbe maison sur l île dé Noirmoutier !!!!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison a Noirmoutier. Très jolie décoration, maison très lumineuse dans un quartier très calme à 150 m de la mer. La maison, les équipements et le jardin invitent à la détente en restant à proximité des jolies plages et des commerces. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Merci aux propriétaires 😜

Séjour très agréable à deux pas de la plage
La maison est spacieuse avec une grande pièce de vie ouverte sur une terrasse ensoleillée plein sud. Jardin agréable et beaucoup d'équipements, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons simplement eu à profiter. Maison très propre. La communication avec Elisabeth a toujours été très fluide, c'était un vrai plus. Merci. Je recommande fortement.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre belle parenthèse en bord de mer avec la plage à 4 min à pied, très peu de passage et beaucoup de calme. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée en vaisselle et électroménager. Les enfants ont bien aimé leurs chambres et les jeux mis à disposition. En soirée nous avons bien profité de la chaleur l'insert qui s'utilise facilement et s'avère bien utile en cette saison hivernale. A noter que la propriétaire Élisabeth nous a permis de recharger notre voiture électrique depuis la prise du garage ponctuellement durant le séjour : très pratique et aucun problème technique en limitant le courant de charge depuis cette prise murale "normale".

Maison très jolie et confortable, très bien située aussi, à 5 minutes d'une belle plage. Séjour d'hiver très agréable. Le petit village du Vieil est charmant (attention pour ceux qui viennent en hiver : petits commerçants fermés, en dehors du café). Possibilité de grandes balades à pied le long de la mer ou dans les marais salants.
