"We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new. "E’ una struttura nuova, luminosa . La camera e’ molto spaziosa e l’aria condizionata funzionava molto bene, con cassaforte , televisione e frigo per le bevande . Per il resto non ci sono altri servizi , a parte la reception e la sala colazioni , dove vengono serviti ottimi dolci . Ahimè non hanno niente di salato , il che è una pecca secondo me . A 10-15 minuti di macchina dalle principali spiagge ."

The Continental breakfast was good and on time (served to your room) and the coffee was excellent. There were however, some issues with the wifi and the TV which made winding down at night and contacting our family back home very frustrating. "Wir haben schöne Sommerferien (9 Tage) in der Residence Elena verbracht, welche sich an sehr ruhiger Lage befindet. Ein Auto wird benötigt, da Strände und die Stadt Gallipoli einige Kilometer entfernt sind. Gratis Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Unsere Wohnung befand sich in sauberem Zustand und hatte eine wunderbare Terrasse. Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
