When this was pointed out he just asked if I had a booking - if not then this was the only price available. I refused to pay extra, went online and booked through an agency for the advertised price and went to the desk again with my booking confirmation. He slapped the paperwork, passport and room key on the desk, pointed to the sky and turned his back on me…I think he is not happy in his job."

"A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?"
