"The staff were really friendly at the hotel and resolved an incorrect room allocation with no issue. Rooms and food were nice and the hotel had a good vibe about it. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is the fact that I had to pay to use the pool on a weekend. It seemed to me there was no one checking other guests after I had paid. It made me feel that some had not paid and were using it for free. The rest of the stay was perfect. "

Also small things make a difference, such as hand/body cream with hand soap in the bathroom, a small rack in the shower to put shampoo, etc. rather than on the floor and a large bottle of water in thebedroom. We had all of these in Milan which we really appreciated. It all adds to the experience."
