"Amazing hotel with great staff. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and location is fantastic. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. You can get to any train station you want, Interlaken OST or West in bus right from the hotel exit. We had a great time. Highly recommend!"

"Well. What can I say. 5 stars from checking to leaving. The room itself & the hotel were perfect. Staff were kind & very helpful Dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic so much so we are there every night of our 3 night stay , ate something different each night & we’re not disappointed with the service or quality. I can understand the mixed reviews but we enjoyed the laid back , not rushed very European service …the staff were professional & knowledgeable regards the menu , wines & cocktails Facilities on offer were great & for us it was a fantastic base for our itinerary…lots to fo & see …we will definitely be back as we can’t wait to see it in Winter. "

"This hotel is located right next to Interlaken west train station so it's very easy to take trains or buses to sites. We booked the mountain view Superior room which actually looks over the train tracks but the room windows are pretty well insulated so the train wasn't very loud but you could hear it a little. We were pleased with this room as they were doing construction on the street on the other side of the hotel at the time of our stay. The hotel is new so it's very clean, and the buffet breakfast included is good as well."
