I was directed back to the check in twice which was annoying the second time. And they don’t accept cash or visa. Just the key card. I had no choice but to order the buffet- a la carte was no available. Aside from this I enjoyed my short 1 night stay. Ps no one answers the phone, tv remote doesn’t work and neither...

"Well organized property. Beautiful pools, amenities, transept& amenities at beach. Rooms dated, tired looking, have not been renovated since in over 20 years (as per sources). Could use updated, to complement surroundings & amenities. Limited supplies in kitchen. No coffee maker, toaster. Limited utensils, sharp knives for cutting. Limited housekeeping. Room cleaned, towels changed only twice during 10 day stay."

"A great stay on average during weekend. The hotel is located near highway in a quiet and beautiful area surrounded by an orange tree orchard, with pool, football field, on-site parking. Kind staff, tasty breakfast and dinner and spacious rooms. As the only downside, the internet connection is a little bit poor and slow and it needs improvements"

"Die Vermieterin ist erst gar nicht erschienen. Aber Geld für die Wohnung wurde mir abgebucht. Wir standen um 17.00 Uhr in der Anlage und hatten, obwohl bezahlt und bestätigt, keine Unterkunft. Dies war mit erheblichem Ärger und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Kontakte mit der Hotline von fewo waren ebenfalls sehr unerfreulich. Nur gebrochen deutsch sprechende unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warte ich immer noch. Ich werde da nie wieder...

"We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't fault it. The property was well equipped with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Angela was very friendly and provided us with good suggestions of where to visit and where to eat. We travelled to many of the villages and towns she recommended and loved Basilicata. "An absolutely marvelous place to stay. Fine Pugliese cuisine is also offered in the restaurant, the food is brilliant and the service is second to none. Our waiter, is an incredible ambassador to both the hotel and the Pugliese people. What a wonderful human being. This is an exceptional establishment. "
