"Great place, convenient to all in the campus, Nob Hill area. Was happy with everything. We were out and about all day, everyday so this was a great place to come home to after a long day. My only observation is that the television use could be easier, too many boxes and hard to find just regular old network tv."

Combined with the walkable location to all of Nob Hill this location is second to none for an ABQ adventure!"

"Needs updates...linens and towels need to be replaced. Property manager not very communicative. Had issue with plumbing and roto rooter was contacted the same day. Clean up of sewage that backed up into the bathtub was cleaned by me. Great location and walkable to the main drag and to UNM. Hot tub was amazing as well. No smoke alarm or co2 detector present in the home. This is required by Vrbo and by NM state law."

"This place was exactly what my daughter, grandson and son in law and I wanted. Having never been to Albuquerque before, it’s located in a great area and it was the perfect base camp for us to explore from. Having Uber readily available from here is a real plus as well. Great stay."
