The house is beautiful and quirky, although if you like to cook for yourselves, the kitchen is a little short on utensils. We improvised! We had a problem with the cooker and Malcolm had it replaced the next day! We would definitely stay again."

"This house was beautiful! We loved the decor, and the windows were just fantastic, letting in a lot of light and providing a nice view of the hilly fields outside. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owners live next door, and were very friendly and helpful. This was one of our favorite places that we've stayed in through HomeAway - we definitely recommend it for a nice getaway in the country."

"It was our second two week stay at "La Foussie" and it won't be our last one. The communication with Madame B., the owner, was flawless. The house is in a really tranquil area of France which isn’t hugely touristy but the pool is fabulous and private when the weather is good. We had a few overcast days this time but used that to explore the local area and would definitely recommend the chocolate made by the nuns at Abbaye...
