The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. "Well, wifi service was horrible it too 40 mins. Wait to access our booking, and it took too long before we were allow to our rooms and no funtioning lift for a 6 story building, they are just interested in their money."
