"This hotel was set in an out of way area in Rovaniemi. It was worth it to be surrounded by a lovely forest. The rooms each has a personal sauna which was the reason we chose the hotel. (The saunas in room for 2.) We were there to see the Northern Lights. The hotel has a viewing area on the roof. We only saw them one night due to snow but at this hotel, it was a wonderful vantage point. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, with breakfast included. The one challenge is that the hotel does not have an elevator. We took heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. Frankly I would do it again. The hotel was great. "

"Check in was hosted by front desk manager Mark. He was awesome and attentive. Great hotel that takes of every need. I have never felt such hospitality for a long while given the amount of hotels stayed in. I only have one word to describe Mark and his crew beyond excellent. "
