"Communication was the biggest issue with this place. It took a minute to find they could put a sign or something on the door that might help. Since I came from the States my cell didn't receive the attachment with the instructions to the place. Lucky I was able to reach them by phone and got the info to get into the place. "We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "The room had a full kitchenette and a little sitting area with a little fireplace ,the bathroom was small but functional, the staff were great, and the area was so close to transit, shops, restaurants and pubs. I would definitely stay here again"

"The flat was very clean apart from the couch which let it down as it was badly stained, a good clean and I would have given it top marks. It was nice to have free netflix and amazon prime which was an added bonus. Beds were very comfy with good mattresses and bedding. "We rented The Lomond for 10 days in October 2024 while visiting family in Milngavie. All communication was thorough and clear. Check-in was easy. The flat was quite clean and had most everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! The location in the pedestrian village of Milngavie is great with so many shops (including Tesco) within easy walking distance. West Highland Apts will be at the top of our list for our next visit."

Birthday girl

"The room was booked for my daughter as an early birthday treat. She had a lovely relaxing stay. The only problem she encountered was when ordering room service for breakfast the following morning. She was advised when checking in that she could order room service for breakfast but when she phoned reception another member of staff informed her room service was not available for mornings & my daughter missed breakfast which was a shame aszshe ran out of time."

"This was our third time staying at Yotel in Glasgow and every single time without fail we are impressed. Not only is it very central to everything with it being in the middle of the city centre but how clean the rooms are, how safe you feel as a guest staying and the staff are always so helpful and friendly.
