The spacious, newly renovated apartment is located in a side street in the quiet village of Nisterau in the upper Westerwald and is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, winter sports (cross-country trails, ski lift on the Schorrberg) and many other leisure activities in the nearby Bad Marienberg (swimming pool with sauna area, Mini golf, free game park, climbing forest, spa park with barefoot path, basalt park) and in the wider area (e.g. B. Marienstatt Monastery, Dreifelder Weiher, Wiesensee with golf club, "Old Market" Hachenburg, Stöffel Park, High Cathedral in Limburg). There is also a riding hall in the village.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Parking and storage for bicycles are available on site.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and offers two additional beds in the spacious living room.
In addition to a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, there is another toilet. There is also the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. Irons and ironing boards are available free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and invites you to cook comfortably. There is a separate seating area and a spacious, roofed balcony that can be used in any weather condition.

The rental price includes final cleaning, a laundry package per person (bed linen, bath and hand towels), two tea towels and WiFi use.
A cot and high chair can be provided for a fee.

Shops and a bakery are around 800 m away.

Guided bike tours possible by arrangement.

The rental price for two people is 50 € / night. For every additional person 5 € / night will be charged.
