"We had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Sarajevo! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone we encountered was so warm, friendly, and full of energy—whether we were heading out for the day or returning from exploring the city, we were always greeted with a smile. Their kindness really made our stay feel extra special. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk across the bridge and you’re right in the heart of the old city, Baščaršija. We also had a rental car, so the underground parking was a huge bonus. It was pretty unique too—accessed via a car lift, which was a fun little feature! We booked a studio room, and it was perfect for our family of three. The space was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It had a small kitchenette that looked brand new, which we didn’t use, but it was nice to have the option. The bathroom amenities were also high-quality and added a touch of luxury. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of buffet options that were regularly replenished—no worries about missing out, even if we came down a bit later. Overall, we were really impressed. Great service, ideal location, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent value for money. A big thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo!"
