"The staff at Suite d’auttore were so nice and helpful and pleasure to interact with. They recommended a fantastic restaurant (also very friendly) and showed me everywhere I should go in the city. The location could not be more central. I recommend giving them a call beforehand on where to park (very close) and the best way to arrive. "

"Very mixed experience. The hotel is centrally placed for Piazza Armerina. Clearly much money has been spent on the inside but it is at best a 2*. Had difficulty raising reception on arrival. Eventually a chamber maid arrived to do this. There was no room cleaning. Had to ask twice for toilet paper. No bathroom cleaning. No bed making. Breakfast was truly laughable. You need a car as there is nothing within walking distance and the bigger towns are at least 45 min drive but easy to access as are the lovely beaches with their fish restaurants.
