"I’m not sure how they can get away with a “5 Star” title. This is a high 3-low 4 at best. The hotel is tall and impressive at first glance, as it towers over downtown Nis. Reception and service is mediocre, offering only basic niceties. The rooms are very large and beds are comfortable, but the amenities are not up to par.
