Large lovely ranch house with 3 bedrooms, living room, country kitchen, dining room , enclosed sunroom, large deck with Sunsetter awning, comfortable chairs and outdoor tables, & BBQ. Beautiful property! Three TV's, DVD, cable with movie channels, wireless high speed internet, full laundry, fully stocked kitchen, linens. Grocery, drugs store, hardware store, library, large county park 1/2 mile away. Located on the beautiful Central Coast just a12 minute drive to Pismo Beach, and about an hour's drive north of Santa Barbara. Comfortable stay for a family of 7 and a puppy
Plenty of space for the family and a nice backyard for our puppy to run around. Kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked. 5 mins drive/ 30 mins walk to grocery store. 15 mins drive to Pismo Beach. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Charming style
My daughter was married at the Dana Powers Barn and this house was the perfect house to rent leading up to that day. It was spacious and very close to the venue. The bridesmaids were all able to get ready at the house prior to the wedding with plenty of space. Very charming decorations and style. Would definitely recommend!

Nice house centrally located near coast.
The house was nice inside and out. However, the beds in the two main bedrooms were old and creaky and should be replaced. The two TVs had very few directions on how to navigate channels and few channels to watch. The morning traffic on Tifft st was very noisy. We give it 3 stars but will not come back again.

Nice Rental
The stay was great..but it is a good thing we do not watch much TV. The TV had a terrible picture quality and remote was just about impossible to use. The selection of channels was very limited. Also the house could have used a few more hand towels/dish towels. The beds were “creeky”. We would stay again because all other stuff was great; not to mention super location of the house.

Charming Home
This 3 bedroom home is welcoming and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and cookware and cutlery of all kinds. We do cook our meals so I was stoked to find a good cast iron pan to make pancakes on even! We had a cozy Christmas house while visiting family and friends. The beds were perfect. The bed frames are charming and the mattresses were great. My husband has a bad back, and slept fine with no pain related issues. I also slept well and slept till 9am 2 of the days we stayed! The neighborhood is lived in, but traffic noise never was an issue . We could hear folks living in their neighborhood, it didn't prevent any sleep or joy. There is a lot of love going on in this charming farm house. Laurie is a fantastic host.

not a good experience
Our family stayed at the Nipomo house from July 15th to the 31st 2022. I admit to being a bit particular, however, if you don’t mind a less-than-clean living space, roaches in the kitchen, ants on the bedroom walls, a bed that falls on the floor because it is held up by small paint cans, mold in the showers, stained and yellowed towels, and a sunroom that is uninhabitable because of spiders and cobwebs; this is the place for you. If you expect a clean and well-maintained place, I do not recommend renting this house. FYI-After I notified the owner of the bug problem, she called a pest control and they exterminated the roaches and ants.

Family vacation
The property was ok. The pictures are out dated. There was little to no grass in the front yard. The property has a spider issue. We found at least 10 spiders in the house and cob webs everywhere. The sun room was unable to be used as it was infested with cob webs and spiders. They kitchen did not have matching lids to pots so it was hard with cooking some meals. We had to clean the bathrooms before use because they were filthy. They property owner came and rewashed the floors on our first day because we had to inform her of them. The location and neighborhood was ok. Not to far from stores and the beach. It accommodated my family and our vacation was nice but the property was a little disappointing. I would not stay again.

Beautifully decorated house with modern kitchen
The house was very nice and large with lovely decorations. The kitchen is very nicely remodeled with new appliances. The only downside was the backyard furniture was dirty, there is no shade except in very early morning and early evening, and the BBQ is only charcoal - messy to use. The house is in a residential area but streets are very busy with noise early morning and evening.

Cozy, family friendly stay
Laurie's home was a very comfortable, homey place for our group of 7 and 1 small dog from 3 families. It's very accessible from Hwy 101 with numerous services on the way. Sleeping arrangements were varied, comfortable and the house large enough to provide varied living areas along with a large secure back yard deck area. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen that provided ample empty shelves for food storage and keep your eye open for several lovely paintings created by the host. Thank you Laurie for a most enjoyable stay.

Comfortable Country Home
This rental is a good find in south San Luis Obispo county. It works well for extended families ( grandparents, adults, children) and good friends who don’t mind sharing bathrooms. Lots of comfortable seating, large yard, and a fun little enclosed sun porch that’s great for games, reading , and extra sleeping space.

Shabby Chic Inside
The inside of the home is reasonably clean and tidy. If you enjoy shabby chic decor you will love this place. All photos were staged and in some cases don’t look the same as those in VRBO listing, which means they were likely taken years ago. The fireplace is not to be used according to the sign on the insert. The BBQ is missing parts, which makes grilling quite challenging. A stick must be used to “lock” the sliding glass door, as there is no lock. This house has some plumbing issues that might need to be addressed. The grass in the front yard is only partially watered and green, the rest is dry and brown and very tall. We found three piles of dog poop from a previous guest. The grass front and back is quite tall making it tough to find the dog poop. A hose and sprinkler were spread across the grass in the backyard for the entire 8 days of our stay. Also an overturned wheelbarrow was in the front yard. You may be called upon to water plants, take the garbage out to the curb if you are there on a Sunday and deal with package deliveries. This place probably used to be pretty nice but now it just looks derelict and abandoned. The daily price reflects the condition of this rental home. I have photos to share if requested.

Large country home with lots of beds and furniture. Everything is as the description says. Nice outside area. Tv instruction were difficult to understand. Never could figure it out. But had Netflix and lots of movies.

Our family had a great time exploring the Central CA coast from this ranch house. It sleeps like up to 12 we swear. It has all that you would need to cook and stay in comfort for a week or more. Even a wild bunny rabbit eating grass every morning. We would stay again.

Quaint Cottage feel
Our stay at this quaint house was top notch. The color scheme was soothing and relaxing. It had all the amenities we could ask for. We would rent this private house again over a hotel room due to the quality of time visiting with our extended family. The location, mid-way between shopping in Santa Maria and beaches in the San Luis Obispo area, was great for us.
