The Black Oak House is inviting, clean and stylish and is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We are in a wonderful location perfect for vacationers as well as weekender's. The Black Oak House vacation rental is best suited for short term stays ranging anywhere from a single night visit up to a maximum three week stay. We are very close to Trilogy, the beach and many popular central coast wedding and party venues!

Totally private - cozy hideaway ideal for two people, possibly up to four people. Guests have complete privacy. However, your host is nearby – ‘invisible but available’.

This peaceful home has one (1) bedroom with one (1) queen size bed and one (1) double (full size) bed, a sitting area, large walk-in closet, TV and a full bathroom with shower. Bedroom has french doors leading out to the patio. The living room is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and also has french doors that open onto the patio. The kitchen is well equipped with full size appliances for all of your culinary needs. This house also includes a dinette area and kitchen counter bar with stools. The entire house is bright and cheerful with natural light.

This house is nicely furnished and has all of the comforts of home. Featuring; high speed secure WIFI, HDTV, streaming, and a clothes washer and dryer.

Outside you will enjoy a nicely landscaped fenced patio. Includes a full size Weber propane grill. There is parking next to the house for up to two vehicles. Black Oak House rental is situated behind the main house on a private road. There’s lots of space surrounding the property and behind the house are 8 acres of open space with many oak and eucalyptus trees which are home to various wildlife. Including soaring hawks, quail, bunnies, owls, hummingbirds, butterflies and horseback riders.

Blacklake Golf Resort - Three 9-Hole Premium Course
Monarch Dunes Golf Club- 18-Holes & 12- Hole Challenge Course
Cypress Ridge Golf Course - 18 Holes – Par 72

San Luis Obispo County is truly a paradise and The Black Oak House is your personal portal to that paradise. Our Central Coast is undeniably the most beautiful and unspoiled area on the California Coastline. There are so many things to do and see that are close by or a day trip away. Nipomo is in wine country! We are conveniently located along the wine trail between Santa Ynez and Paso Robles with many wonderful winery’s and tasting rooms for your enjoyment.

A Home for the Holidays
I spent Christmas at Black Oak house with my son stationed at Vandenberg. It was the perfect location, central to what we wanted to do at SLO and Santa Barbara. The fully stocked kitchen allowed me to cook him all the meals he was missing.

Fabulous place!!

We had a lovely stay at the Black Oak House. It was very quiet and a nice neighborhood to be in. Access to the freeway was only minutes away.. the beach is not too far.. a ten min. drive to Pismo Beach.

Relaxing and spacious
We enjoyed the spaciousness and privacy of this place. Located between Santa Maria and Arroyo Grande, it was perfect for all the things we planned to do and provided a relaxing space to come back to and cook up our own meals. The scenic drives between towns reminded us why we love our state so much.

Great spot-- very peaceful, private, and clean. About 15 min easy drive to Pismo. I personally liked the faint sound of livestock and chickens.

A Great Little Get Away Place
Place was just as advertised, great little kitchen, super clean, very relaxing. Hugh walk in closet and each room has a set of French doors that access a small, private patio that was comfortable and charming. Handy to golf courses and close to some fine dining and beaches.

Great Weekend Getaway
Came to CA for a girls weekend getaway and stayed at the Black Oak House. It was clean, spacious, quiet and relaxing, with a full kitchen, easy access to highway, restaurants and beach! It was a great weekend! Next time, I’ll bring the family :)

Very Comfortable Setting!
