"1. check -in service: hard to find where is the reception desk......find out we spent 30mins 2. when ck-in they asking 280000 vnd/ each person and swimming pool entrance 100,000 vnd/ each person and really i do not understand you gonna charge for cart ( ex; front resort gate to my room at least 15 ..."
