"There was no front entrance. After going through a door, we arrived at a completely dark lobby. We could not check in because there were no one there, no hotel staff and not even a single guest. We waited around for almost half an hour and shouted loudly to attract attention. No responses. We were scared and fortunate enough to call a Grab driver in the middle of nowhere."

"1. check -in service: hard to find where is the reception desk......find out we spent 30mins 2. when ck-in they asking 280000 vnd/ each person and swimming pool entrance 100,000 vnd/ each person and really i do not understand you gonna charge for cart ( ex; front resort gate to my room at least 15 -20mins waking????) 3. nobody respond for asking service even hotel operator they do not care hang up the phone easily 4. only good restaurant facility and service 5. even free night no more...
