"This house was great for what we needed (group of girlfriends getting together). We loved the sunroom on the first floor and even got to sit outside in the gorgeous garden. The location is perfect and there is heaps of space. My only comment is that the bathrooms probably need a bit of updating, but apart from that would definitely recommend."

"We stayed 3 nights at Zanzibar, for our lab retreat - 16 (neuro)scientists from London who were looking for a nice place to hang out, cook, drink, bind and talk science. Zanzibar did not disappoint! it's an amazing place to chill and have fun. Kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are set tastefully and beautifully, the common area has plenty of space to cozy up in big or small groups, and hot tup was a bonus. "The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...
