"We spent 4 lovely nights at this hotel with a wonderful group of staff in every area including the big sister Hydro hotel up the hill nearby. "We were able to walk to all the main attractions; so convenient. The hotel is very new so everything was in perfect condition. The towels are extra thick, the beds extra comfortable and the care to make sure everything is clean and well stocked was obvious. Plus we have to shout out the staff. The went above and beyond to make sure we were always professionally taken care of. 10/10"

"Fabulous stay in this brilliant location. About 50 metres from one of the exits to Waverley Station to the rear entrance of the hotel. The front entrance is beside the city tour bus stops and Princes Street is about 100 metres away. We checked in on-line however as we arrived early we wanted to drop our bags while we went out to explore Edinburgh. Unfortunately we had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes as there were a lot of people checking in."
