With its modern charm, this beautiful house invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the coast. You will immediately feel at home in the bright, modern and stylishly furnished rooms and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from the first floor. Relax in the evening on the soft sofa in the living room with your favourite series and enjoy your time together.

You can also spend wonderful hours outdoors on the well-kept grounds. Enjoy the sun and a few cold drinks on the terraces, you can refresh yourself at any time in the private pool and then relax in a deckchair or play a game of table football. Bring a wonderful day's holiday to a close with tasty treats from the barbecue.

Take a stroll to the sea for a swim or enjoy a long sunbath on the fine sand. The town of Nin near Zadar is considered one of the founding centres of Croatian culture and the oldest town in Croatia. Here you will find the smallest cathedral in the world and the coronation church of St Nicholas. Nin also has the longest sandy beach in Croatia and eight kilometres of beautiful coastline.
