This newly built stone Villa Marta is located 13 km from Zadar old town, and is a perfect place for a quiet family vacation. Total plot consists of 7000 m2 in which You can find a lot of activities for a perfect family vacation such as 50 m2 heated swimming pool with loungers, small outdoor kitchen with a grill, olive garden and children playground. For the sports enthusiast, a private basketball, voleyball and tennis court stand ready for friendly games, while the fitness aficionado can make use of the well-equipped gym. After exercising, the sauna with its shower cabin will provide You with space for recovery. With all this and much more, Villa Marta offers an entertainment for whole family.

This beautiful villa can comfortably accommodate 16 persons within it's eight bedrooms. Six bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and two others have two single beds. There are also eight bathrooms in the villa, out of which six are en suite bathrooms and two are shared. For gathering of the whole family, there is an open-space living room and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. If You want something more special, there is also tavern in which You can gather around delicious meal prepared on a grill. In this part You will also find a room with different types of branded alcoholic drinks, such as gin and whiskey, for real lovers of quality alcoholic beverages. In the basemet of villa You will find a wine cellar where real wine enthusiast will enjoy spending their vacation.
