"The house is decorated wonderfully and the kitchen is well stocked (spices, paper plates, cookware, etc). The beds are really comfortable. We loved the outdoor fire pit as well as the indoor fireplace. It's a nice retreat for staying in Ohio with parks nearby. Owner is very responsive. Loved looking out the large windows at the autumn colors. There's a good air filtration system. The living room chairs/couch were soooo comfy to relax at night and watch the big TV. The water gets super hot,...

"The house was great and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the fire pit or hot tub, but hopefully next time. Great little house and location."

"Met the need for a family Christmas gathering!Overall a very spacious with more than ample room for 9 people. The kitchen was well appointed and met every need we had. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the basement and take advantage of bumper pool and video game. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water tank held out!! Overall would recommend John’s place again, and would be looking to check availability when the biggest amenity, the lake can be utilized."

"We loved this property! We appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable beds, yard and little things like having extra supplies (garbage bags, fire pit already set up for a fire). This location was close (25 min) to the Covelli Center. Since we didnt have to stay in a hotel, we were able to spend time outside at the fire pit, toss baseball in the nice yard and sleep in our own rooms. If we ever need to come to this area again we will definitely stay here. ."
