"From the time of hotel confirmation, the team had been in close communication to ensure they could accommodate our needs. The team arranged personalized activities incl all transportation- all this was well executed. The room was beautiful- bathroom spacious, water was hot and shower water pressure impressive!!! It is located in a quiet spot, but easily accessible to quaint village, castle. Breakfast was outstanding! The staff were all exceptionally attentive and friendly."

"It was so magical to stay at Ela cave house! The place is stunning and the area is so quiet, away from tourist and chaos. The staff is so lovely, and even if we didn’t speak the same language we communicated very well. Highly recommend it but a car is definitely needed!"

Sabah eşimle saat 9.30 gibi kalkıp kahvaltıya gittiğimizde ne bir kahvaltı çeşidi kalmıştı, kahvaltıyıda geçin ekmek yoktu.. kahvaltılık malzemeleri olabildiğince kötüydü ve biz o gün aç kaldık. Oteli 2 gün rezervasyon ettirmiştik ve haliyle memnun kalmayınca 2.gün iade istedik tabiki ifadede etmediler.Ve biz parasının canı cehenneme diyip çıktık!!!! "
