The Space:
Upon arrival at vacation home Mélodie De La Mer, you are welcomed by a large open living room, dining room and kitchen. The large windows provide plenty of natural light and the large sofa provides ample space for socializing over an aperitif. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare a delicious meal right away. From the kitchen and living room you have direct access to the peaceful garden, perfect for starting your day with a coffee in hand.

Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the garage with a washer and dryer, as well as a dartboard for a fun game of darts. Furthermore, the first floor also has a separate toilet.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: 3 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, ideal for children. All bedrooms with a double bed have ample closet space. In addition, Mélodie De La Mer has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink, making your comfort during your stay complete.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately.
