"We were impressed how beautiful spotless and well organized it was. Employees were so helpful and friendly. Unbeatable location. I would say it’s a world class Hotel with world class service. We have traveled a lot throughout the world and stayed in many excellence hotels but this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed so far."

Amazing place

"Amazing views from the room. The staff was extremely friendly! The location was short walk from central station, cathedral and a short walk to the chocolate museum. Beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were super cozy. Only negative was the stains on the carpet."

"Great hotel. Room was huge. Great value for the price. Pool and gym were an extra fee which was a little unusual but didn’t end up using anyways. Fabulous location. Quick walk to the Dom and river cruises. Area felt very safe. "

"The hotel is new and very clean. The facilities are nice and have a fun feel. The staff are all friendly and fluent in English and German. I left a valuable item in the safe and they were very helpful in finding and returning it for me. It is also convenient to the central station. I am always happy to stay here. "
