"Empfang sehr unfreundlich! Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Teures Fruehstueck gleicht einer Jugendherberge. Kein WiFi, Biergarten nicht geoeffnet, Wellnessbereich nicht geoeffnet. Es lagen Zettel aus, dass das Hotel sich fuer seine ServiceMitarbeiter (keine gesehen) entschuldigt, welche der deutschen Sprache nicht maechtig sein. Sehr Crazy! Kunde hat das Gefuehl, dass er als CashCow ausgenutzt wird, und kein willkommender Gast ist. Nie wieder!"

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Hameln. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön mit eigenem Flair. Die Terrasse ist schön, könnte aber etwas sauberer sein. Schadet dem tollen Ambiente. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Weserradweg ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, tolle gepflegte Wege und einige Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr. Essen in Hameln und Umgebung teilweise sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
