"2 night stay, staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing, room was spotless, superb shower. A lovely, totally unexpected, touch was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and a free mini-bar. We would 100% stay here again."

"Great location, short walk to the old town and the Jewish quarter, room was modern, spacious and clean and all staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I return to krakow. Only downfall was there is only 1 English Channel on the tv which was the news. "

"This is a great location for southern Krakow. Away from the centre and expensive tourist restaurants, but still close to (apparently) the best pirogi (according to the locals). We pretty much just slept in the hotel, and for this it was clean and offered everything we needed to enjoy Krakow."

"Great hotel in a great location. Easy walk from train station. Close to town square, sites and restaurants. Very noisy one night from kids on street emptying out of bars. Not their fault, just wished it hadn’t happened. Otherwise, great stay. "

"We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate."

"The PURO hotels are quite special for their design and decor and I found myself both at home in the contemporary surrounds and inspired by some of the features. "My first time in Krakow, picked this spot at the last minute. We wound up driving from Wroclaw. Old building (It's in Old Town) but the unit was nicely upgraded. We had a 2 story loft on the top floor. Very cute. Great location, a block and a half from the main Square. Warning: This is a old building with a old staicase, no elevator. It's a shlep to the top floor especially with heavy luggage! My only complaint is it is not well marked from the street or Google maps! Maps said "You have arrived"...

"Amazing hotel in the heart of the old town. Great big rooms and comfortable bed. The spa and pool are great and a must do. The hotel bar also does great cocktails. Highly recommended!!"
