"The rooms (more appartments) are huge, 10p can sleep here although that might be somewhat crowded. The hotel is opposite the funicular railway which connects walkways in the mountains between Flachau, Wagrain and St Johan. Especially fun for families with kids, there is a lot to do! The food is great and so is the staff. COVID-19 measurements in the restaurant: it’s buffet style and everyone uses a plastic glove on one hand so no one touches anything. The staff wears facemasks. "Wunderfull place, feels like home, very clean, beautiful SPA area. Beautiful nature and views all around the hotel, with goats, deers, lamas, ponys, donkeys."

"Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"Was fine overall but it could be better if they take care of few things such as the number of staff at the reception, most of the time only one staff, also room doors luck was removed . The laundry room is available only the time the reception staff are available, 8 to 8. One key point also, the place have no AC and if you close the windows it will be very worm however if you open the windows some insects will be going inside the rooms."

"(1) Although the reception was hardly ever maned, I only needed to press the call button and speak to the owner who was willing and able to help me with internet access and let me into the boot room when I forgot my room key. (2) The shower was piping hot with lots of hot water, nice after a hard day’s skiing however be careful, particularly with small children that you don’t get scalded. "

"Vi har bott i Bad Gastein många gånger, 2019 bokade vi Villa Orania och blev helt tagna, helt klart bästa boendet i Bad Gastein, vilket innebar att vi självklart bokade Villa Orania även denna gången. Detta året blev det rum 272, magiskt lägenhet i två plan, egen bastu, 3 balkonger, 4 sovrum, ALLT. Vi hade bokat med halvpension även denna gången, vilket innebär att frukost och fem rätters middag intas på Salzburger Hof 👍 ca 100m. I villan finns bastu, det ingår även hela Salzburgerhof’s relax...
