"Leider war das Hotel geschlossen. Über eine Sprechanlage teilte man uns mit, dass der Eigentümer das Hotel zum Jahreswechsel als geschlossen gemeldet hat. Dann wäre er bereit gewesen, uns ein Zimmer zu geben, jedoch in einem leeren Hotel und ohne Frühstück. Nach kurzem Warten haben wir uns entschlossen, eine andere Unterkunft für die Silvesternacht zu suchen. Was natürlich um 18.30 Uhr nicht so leicht war."

"Dieses Haus und die netten Vermieter sind nur zu empfehlen. Es ist sauber, neu, modern, perfekt ausgestattet und zudem noch liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Außerdem hat es eine Terrasse, Garten mit angrenzender Wiese und es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in alle Richtungen. "Na zoveel positieve reviews waren wij erg benieuwt naar dit huis in het voor ons nog onbekende Saarland/Duitsland. Bij aankomst werden we heel hartelijk ontvangen door de gastheer en gastvrouw. Zij wonen aan de voorkant waar meer dan voldoende parkeerplek is. Via een kort steil paadje kwamen we bij het vakantie verblijf aan de achterzijde.
